About the Event
This 45-minute therapeutic yoga session offers participants a rejuvenating break, guided by a naturopath to promote balance between body and mind. Through gentle movements, mindful breathing, and elements of Ayurvedic practice, the session helps relieve tension, improve posture, increase flexibility, and support overall well-being.
Participants are invited to arrive 10–15 minutes before the start of the session and to bring their own yoga mat.
The session can accommodate a maximum of 8 participants and is reserved for members.
