Anyone who wishes can cook a recipe from any cuisine, making it their "special highlight." Italian, Singaporean, Thai... Middle Eastern... any cuisine from around the world!
We'll start with an Emilian cooking class where Anna Marmiroli's legendary cappelletti will be prepared "from scratch" and... all together (with Anna, of course!)
