Our member Alida has proposed a cooking class on Piedmontese cuisine: her friend Giuditta, who has a deli in Italy called "La Buteia," will be in Singapore. There, she prepares typical Piedmontese first and second courses. In Singapore, she will make traditional agnolotti and Russian salad for us!
