Journey into Italian Food
Italian Cooking Classes run by I.W.G in BARILLA’s kitchen
The “Journey into Italian Food” hands-on cooking course is a 3-class program designed to equip your helper with the fundamentals of Italian cuisine. The classes will be held in the professional Barilla Kitchen. Each class lasts 2.5 hours and consists of two simple yet delicious recipes that will please the whole family.
Included highlights:
– basic prep skills and basic cooking techniques
– hands-on
– printed recipes
– all ingredients
– aprons
– tasting of dishes
– certificate of participation
– spoken language is English
The registration is free of charge for all I.W.G. members in good standing with the 2018 registration.
For non-members the fee is $50 per class
and all proceeds will be donated to our charity.
It is possible to book one class at a time, in order to allow more people to benefit from this activity. Please read below how to enrol your helper.
APRIL: Monday 23rd (10.00am – 12.30pm)
- Lasagna with spinach and pesto
- Triumph of Mediterranean roasted vegetables
Reservations will be accepted starting from April 2nd and will close April 20th, by sending an email to marketing@iwgsingapore.org
We will allocate 10 spots for IWG members and 5 places for external participants, on a “first come first served” basis.
Just in case, a waiting list will be created.
MAY: Monday 21st (10.00am – 12.30pm)
- Pasta with cauliflower
- Crispy chicken escalope in sesame crumb with broccoletti
Reservations will be accepted starting from May 2nd and will close May 18th, by sending an email to marketing@iwgsingapore.org
We will allocate 10 spots for IWG members and 5 places for external participants, on a “first come first served” basis.

JUNE: Thursday 28th (10.00am – 12.30pm)
- Pasta salad with tuna filets and shrimp
- Chocolate truffles
